YESTERDAY, WAS A GOOD DAY............

MY GIRLS HAD THERE MARCHING BAND COMPETITUON.........
AND THEY MADE A 1 TO MOVE FORWARD TO AREA COMPETITION............



I AM SO PROUD OF THEM..........
MY BABY GIRL IS A FRESHMAN, SO SHE WAS SO NERVES....  BEING HER FIRST MARCHING CONTEST.
BUT NOW TO WORK TOWARDS STATE......
I VIDEO TAPE THE BAND AND GOT SOME CLOSE UP OF MY GIRLS. I WAS HOLDING MY BREATHE THROUGH THE PERFORMANCES. I WAS SO WORRIED FOR THEM......  BUT WHEN THEY ANNOUNCED THE RESULTS; EVERYONE WAS JUMPING AND YELLING. THE WHOLE BAND.........  I WAS SO PROUD FOR THEM.  THEY HAVE WORKED LONG HOURS FOR THIS.........
AND LAST NIGHT MY BABY GIRL HAD HER FRIEND OVER; WHICH SHE IS IN BAND....... SO WE ARE WATCHING THE VIDEO.....  AND HER COMES THE CLOSE UP.....  MY BABY GIRL SAID, 'OH MOM.......'
HAD TO DO IT.......

WE HAD A GOOD TIME........ I DIDN'T TAKE MY CAMERA; I FORGOT IT. BUT THE NEXT CONTEST I WILL.......



I HAVE POSTED SOME PHOTOS OF THE SPEED BOAT RACE FROM LAST WEEKEN.........

    Hey I love BOn jovies new song and in fact in my jouranl the logo and quote havea nice day is at the bottom ofalmost every entry. I love that song. I came here from Lisa's journal. I was three months pg when my hubby left me wiht our six year old for the company home wrecker (his words before he hooked up wtih her not mine) the baby is now almost 18 and he has not seen her once the other oneis almost 25 he has not seen her in all those years either. I did met a wonderful man from may past no less. I will give you the link to hte anniversary entry that tells our story in words with songs that are so you can click on them to tell the story of our life. I know exactly how you feel. Doyou know when the baby was born one month later she was given a 50/50 chance to live and that scum did not see hr or ask about her one time!!!!!!!!!     Sounds like you had a great day and congrats to your daughter :) hope it continues to go good for her. I got your journal from Lisa Jo's and I heard about your divcore I'm very sorry and I hope things went alright in court and that you have the courage to turn your life around for the better of you and the kids.

    ::: Congrats for starting college that was a big first step ::: I have been through many bad moments in my life even times I was once a singell parent with the kids.
